Protio Power announced as a new member of the BH2C.

The incorporation of a new member, Protio Power, was announced at the most recent BH2C Board of Directors meeting, bringing the total number of BH2C members to 74 and the number of projects in its portfolio to 62.

Protio Power, founded in 2021 and headquartered in the Basque Country, is a Spanish technology company specialised in the development of hydrogen fuel cell systems for clean energy production. The company designs and integrates modular systems of up to 200 kW and focuses its activity on two main areas: stationary applications, such as backup or continuous power supply for hospitals, offices, ports, and data centers; and heavy-duty and specialised mobility solutions, aimed at tractors, drones, forklifts, cranes and other industrial vehicles.

With this new member, STACKTRUCK also becomes part of the BH2C project portfolio. The objective of STACKTRUCK is to develop and validate proprietary PEM fuel cell technology applied to propulsion systems for heavy-duty mobility, with a special focus on logistics and industrial transport applications.
