H2SITE, winners of the 2025 Best SME in Bizkaia Award.

H2SITE has been presented with the 2025 Best SME in Bizkaia Award by the Bilbao and Santander Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Navigation. The award recognises the effort, innovation and commitment of the Basque start-up team to accelerating the energy transition through hydrogen.

The award, accepted by Andrés Galnares, CEO of H2Site, recognises companies that stand out for their wealth generation, job creation, innovation and contribution to the economic development of the region. For H2SITE, this award reflects the real impact of the technologies and projects developed by the company, as well as its collaboration with its partners and customers to make hydrogen an industrial reality.

H2SITE's technology consists of a catalytic membrane reactor for on-site production of low-cost, high-purity hydrogen (over 99.9%), combining the reaction and separation processes into a single stage. This simplification not only increases the efficiency of the process but also guarantees high-purity hydrogen that can be adapted to different industrial and energy applications.
