The BH2C welcomes delegations from the Mie Prefecture Assembly (Japan) and the Emilia-Romagna region (Italy).

On 23 April, Petronor received a visit from a delegation from the Mie Prefecture Assembly (Japan). The six-member delegation saw first-hand the activities carried out at the refinery and learned about the Basque Hydrogen Corridor and its most important achievements to date.

Similarly, on 6 May, ten clusters from the Emilia Romagna region visited the Basque Country on a trade mission organised by the SPRI Group and the innovation agency of the Italian region. The aim of the mission was to learn about the Basque Country network of clusters and the activities they organise to promote collaboration between their member companies. As part of these strategic initiatives in which the Energy Cluster participates, José Ignacio Hormaeche gave a presentation on the Basque Hydrogen Corridor, highlighting the ongoing collaboration through various projects.
