The BH2C, at the Connecting Hydrogen Europe 2025 fair at IFEMA Madrid.

As part of the Connecting Hydrogen Europe 2025 (CHE2025) fair, held on 18 and 19 June at IFEMA Madrid, the Basque Hydrogen Corridor (BH2C) had the opportunity within the Regional Development Forum to promote its work in the hydrogen sector and to showcase the most important milestones of its projects. The Regional Development Forum, organised in parallel with CHE2025, provides an exceptional platform to showcase outstanding hydrogen initiatives and projects in Spain.

The presentation by Jesús Murcía, General Manager of AJUSA, entitled ‘Building the Basque Hydrogen Valley: Driving Industrial Transformation and Energy Sovereignty’, highlighted the key role of the BH2C in the Basque hydrogen strategy. The presentation featured the projects developed by the BH2C members in key areas, from production to the end use of hydrogen in industry and mobility, whilst the Association's national and international collaborations with other hydrogen valleys were also highlighted.
