On 3 March, the Basque Hydrogen Corridor (BH2C) and the Energy Intelligence Centre (EIC) Foundation welcomed a Dutch delegation from the Lifeport cluster in the Arnhem-Nijmegen region, internationally recognised for its sustainable energy innovation ecosystem, as part of a series of meetings coordinated by HETEL. The aim of the visit was to further collaboration between the two regions in the areas of renewable hydrogen, electrification and new technologies for the energy transition. During the visit, Joseba G. Garaigordobil, Director General of the EIC, and Marcos Suárez, member of the BH2C technical office and head of hydrogen at the BASQUENERGY Cluster, exchanged experiences with the Dutch delegation on the development of the hydrogen economy and solutions for the decarbonisation of industry in the Basque Country.
