The 3rd edition of the Inter-University Master's Degree in Hydrogen Technologies.

The third edition of the Inter-University Master's Degree in Hydrogen Technologies, a major training initiative promoted by the Repsol-Petronor Group and designed and backed by Mondragon Unibertsitatea/the University of Mondragón, Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea/the University of the Basque Country, the UPC/Polytechnic University of Catalonia, the URV/University of Rovira i Virgili and the University of Zaragoza, together with 6 other training and research centres, including the Somorrostro Vocational Training Centre and the Hydrogen Foundation of Aragon, has been launched. This post-graduate degree course has been designed to address the need for professionals in hydrogen technologies.

This partnership between the 12 organisations has given rise to a master's degree designed to speed up the effective roll-out of hydrogen technologies in industry, which will undoubtedly require a balance of university-trained engineers and graduates from vocational training courses.

This year's Master's degree will begin on 20 October 2023. To date, two editions have been successfully run and enrolment has been high. For all those interested, an online information session has been organised for 25 September at 18:30.

The course will be taught in four locations: Bilbao, Barcelona, Tarragona and Zaragoza, and mostly in synchronous virtual mode (the sessions will be online, but there will be face-to-face visits to companies and face-to-face internships in laboratories). The practical component is a central feature of the course, with regular hands-on training with simulation packages, technical visits to companies and face-to-face internships in laboratories.
