STACKTRUCK

Project description

STACKTRUCK aims to develop and validate proprietary PEM‑type fuel cell technology applied to propulsion systems for heavy‑duty mobility, with a particular focus on logistics and industrial transport applications. During the execution of the project, significant progress has been made in the design, manufacturing, and experimental validation of PEM single cells, achieving relevant results in terms of electrochemical performance, operational stability, and behavior under representative operating conditions.

These advances make it possible to confidently move on to the next phase of the project, centered on evaluating the cell stack and analyzing its combined behavior. In parallel, the project has enabled deeper development of functional coatings for critical cell components, aimed at improving corrosion resistance, durability, and compatibility with demanding environments. These developments directly contribute to the robustness of the system and its future industrial scalability. STACKTRUCK is part of a progressive technological development strategy based on experimental validation and the reduction of technical risks, with the ultimate goal of delivering competitive, efficient fuel cell solutions tailored to the requirements of future heavy‑duty mobility.
